These are kind of trivial, but it was a little out of the way of the places we were visiting.. and there was no Texas waffle maker!… really, I have no serious complaints.

It was incredibly clean and well stocked. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered to bring you any toiletry items you may have forgotten, including a RAZOR, complimentary! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast each morning was delicious.

I asked for 2 queen beds and I was givin a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, which had a dirty mattress

No air in bathroom and one of the ac units barely working rooms need to be fixed up and room service not so great and no water pressure took almost hour to fill jacuzzi tub

It's a false advertising this was not a studio suite. The desk area is not the type of the scare you need when you're coming in traveling for work. The Wi-Fi was not working at all. If he just wanted a basic stay and you're just passing by town to sleep the night then that's the room for you.

Bugs in our room and shower not working

One of the beds in our room had sand and dirt between the sheets. Clearly it had been used and the sheets not changed. By the time we were ready for bed we did not want the inconvenience of a new room or room service

.the woman that works in the breakfast area takes her job very seriously and it shows. The area was very clean and she was on top of it. She would grab a crumb before it hit the countertop.

The room was dirty and maintenance needs to be kept up,at this time maintenance is very poor. I was overcharged and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. I was not given the rate for the event I was in town for.

Good Location very convenient to get to everything like shopping, food, and entertainment.

the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. a sock was left on the floor, food and big dust bunnies were around the bed. the a/c unit smelt musty.

I bought a room with a jacuzzi, and the Jacuzzi Was not working at all the front desk 🙄 knows about this and is selling rooms, with false amenities.

phone in the room didn’t work, not enough towels, no sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, the bed had a very bad sunken spot in it, the sleeper sofa was nasty and one of the towels in the bathroom had stains on it.

The hotel was booked in error and within minutes I contacted booking.com who tried to help me in anyway they could but it was up to the property to refund the money. I called the hotel and was told by Tracy I didn’t have a room and booking.com would have to refund the money. What it came down to is that the hotel would not refund the stay and charged me anyways when Booking.com and myself reached out to them for the refund. I will never book here again and will let everyone I know not to book here. I have spent money staying there before and thought they would have the decency to refund it since it was caught within minutes of booking. I use Booking.com for all of my vacations and will continue to use them since I have always been pleased. The hotel itself will not see me again and needs to do better when it comes to customer service.

restroom light was very very dim also when turning shower knob to hot it would make a loud screeching noise so shower wasn’t very pleasant.
