Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn't like it when I woke up from my beauty slumber, damn roaches crawling on me. Now I am nick named Big Nasty, but that doesn't mean I like roaches crawling on me. So I get up to go shower off the roach ass and when I turn on the water, it is brown. I didn't even want it to touch my butt for the fact that it looked like it was HIV infected. So I waited for it to clear up to a pee yellow color, and I went for it. The soap and shampoo dispenser looked all nice tho but when I pushed the button to the shampoo, it smelled sour, and a whole damn family of roaches came out to greet me. I went to check out and told the lady about my experience, and she shrugged her shoulders like it wasn't no big deal. I've stayed in some nasty ass places but this one here is by far the worst. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my ex-wife or my baby mammas. A refund would be nice please.

United StatesJust about everything. First of all, the cable didn't work in our room. A half used bar of soap on the sink showed me it hadn't been cleaned after the last guest. No phone in the room, and a serious roach problem, and I do mean serious. Add the worst, most disrespectful staff(excluding Mr. Patel), that I have ever experienced in my life. From being utterly useless and lazy to completely rude and so disrespectful. I have never in my life had a desk clerk tell me to get my fuck1ng a$$ out of the room before. Nor have I had my deposit stolen from someone at the hotel, not very professional to say the least. Trust me, if I could give this roach motel 0 stars into the negatives, it's score would be below sea level. DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ENOUGH SAID.

United StatesI didn't like having bugs in the room, and even though it was still quiet for the area I was spoken too horribly by staff the next morning. I come to Tyler every month for medical treatments. This appointment required a driver, when the person driving me got there to pick me up he got out while I finished getting ready to walk his dog, immediately I was accused of having a dog in the room and threatened multiple times. I tried to be polite and tell her he just pulled in but she kept saying I was lying. I left even though I still had another night. I rated them 5 stars last month, I guess my lesson is never rate off one stay.
Check in was okay, our room was not like last month. I woke up with roaches on me.

United StatesI was very hesitant due to the location, but OYO is changing the standard of that particular location. I am glad I chose to stay.
For the area they have made a very comfortable and clean place that I can go when I am making my medical appointments and feel safe, I didn't worry about people knocking on my door and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will be going back for every stay.

United StatesLobby was junked up with torn furniture and a paper-piled work desk in the lobby itself. The photo of the pool area is what attracted me, but the reality is otherworldly—fenced off. Moldy, obviously closed to swimming. The room was filthy, I couldn’t even bring myself to step on the carpet barefooted. The tub filled up during my shower.

A decent enough place to spend the night. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Good Bed. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to gasstations, restaurants and a couple bars. Rather convenient to I-20. I would come back, without hesitation.
