Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The toilet/ shower area needed to be updated with the amenities and the space improved- if we were larger people, I don’t think we would have fit, lol

You could feel the coats of paint on making the room smaller. The cost of fresh paint on the bathroom door couldn't hide that it needed to be replaced.
Perfectly located for Uao visit. Recently refurbished. Clean, good beds.and bedding.

I would like the unit to not be so stark.
The room was very stark...nothing on the walls, no hangers in the closet. The reception desk person was excellent. The breakfast was perfect for us....grab and go.

Bathroom was small and dark, equipped with a light that could only be turned on together with an obnoxiously loud fan. Sink faucet was undersized and hard to use. Beds were nice—clean and comfortable, but other furniture was dated and past its prime.
Good location, right across the street from U of O. Clean and comfortable, with a friendly, accommodating staff. Pretty good complimentary breakfast.

The first room that they gave us was very noisy that we couldn't sleep at night as it was very close to the high way. We asked them in the middle of the night if they could change the room for us, and they gave us another room immediately.
The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very helpfull, and great location

The morning breakfast was satisfactory, but not as good as the breakfast offered at nearby hotels. I had to reconnect to the Internet multiple times, which was a little annoying.
A very nice stay. The staff were great and the location is perfect if you need to go to the University as you can just walk there in about 5 min.

I was sent an email requesting early checking, which I completed. When I checked in there was no record of any early checkin. Also they charged my account a $75 damage deposite, which they said will take a couple days to be reembursed once they can check the cleanliness of our room on checkout. That is the first time we have had that happen in our years of travel.

The WIFI was quite terrible in the room. It constantly dropped and I had to re-enter the password 10-20 times during my stay. Every time the connection dropped, I had to reenter all the information.
The hotel is in a good location very near the University. The staff are great. The room is quite large and clean. They provide a very basic breakfast, which seems good until you compare what is available in the surrounding hotels. For me, it was very convenient to have an on-site coin laundry and with drying machines. 2 dollars each. The pool is outside, and due to the weather, I didn't use it.

Fan in the bathroom was rattling rather loud and also AC and fridge were definitly on the louder side. So I actually turn off the AC for sleeping.
Breakfast was simple and sufficient for me (bagels, muesli, yoghurt, ...). Very friendly staff. Very close to the university and for within walking distance for downtown (30-40min through a park).

The rooms were simple and clean. Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is hard to beat, especially if you plan on going to UO campus.
