We were coming in for a night to see a show at Bogarts. Just needed a comfy bed and place to get ready before the show. We chose this spot due to its proximity to the show and it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Place was clean. And easy parking.

The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. The stove and oven need a real cleaning. It was unusable, smoking up the space that I was worried about the smoke detector being set off. Not sure if the floors had been mopped recently or not. Limited kitchen things-dish towel, oven gloves, baking sheet to use in the oven- but then didn’t want to use the oven.

Close proximity to the university of Cincinnati.

I didn't like that it was so far away from campus and that I shouldn't walk around in that area after dark.

Access to the parking garage would be nice! As the parking lot only has about 10 spots and the apartment is busy! Also, in the actual property more useful materials, for example, paper towels, trash bags etc!

The location was perfect! No more than 15 from city attractions along with convenient stores!

Parking was horrible. There was a very small parking lot. Approximately 8 spaces. There was an a garage for tenants that needed a key fob for access. The description stated there was street parking, yes it is but it is used for all the other businesses, parks and apartments on the street. I parked in the parking lot once during a 4 day stay and that due to my handicap sign. I spent 2 nights about half a football field away from the apartment building. There was nothing to be found 1 night returning at 2-230 am a businesses was gracious enough to allow me parking with the understanding to be out of lot by 7 am .

Location was great in proximity to my destination. Being at the traffic light crossroad is a quiet place. No unnecessary safety concerns. Just use everyday common sense.

The sleepover was very clean and just how you see it advertised. It was close to the venue and very easy to locate. Would recommend it for a nice weekend if you visit downtown Cincinnati.

The area is a little sketch. There was a homeless camp under the bridge right by the tower.

The room was clean and met our needs for the stay. It was close to where we needed to be.

Apartment has a vacuum, but needs a broom. I like to sweep up after myself. Room was clean when we got there

The lockbox with the keys was a little tricky to find - I had help from a staff member inside who worked in the leasing office. Also, I found multiple outlets as well as a lamp in the apartment that didn't seem to work.

The building was secure and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. I sent a message to change my check-in time to be slightly earlier and they were responsive. It was great for what I needed during my work trip.

The bed was not very comfortable and it made a lot of noise even when you would move slightly.

The property looks exactly like it does in the pictures and is a very well maintained property! The location is pretty good too making it an easily accessible property!

The Air conditioners in both rooms didn’t work properly. We could not find the WiFi on the tv for the code we had.

There was no one from Apartment owner / building staff to meet us to get "Key"; I did arrive much later then I expected ( I came from Cleveland, OH ~ a good amount traffic & construction barriers on highway) .. The Lock box / Key code was not included in the Confirmation email sent. I had to text the Apartment owner for details, no one would answer the phone call of the number provided. There was nothing "Upscale" about the Apartment or the Building it was in. The couch was stained and dirty. The bed mattress seemed old / lumpy.

The location was very Good to downtown. I was glad the Apartment was Clean with a coffee maker, stove, fridge, dishes/pots and pans if I needed to cook in the kitchen.

parking kinda sucked. their were like 10 spaces for an apartment with 10+ floors seemed like you had to get lucky although people were always coming and going so it was easy to sneak into a spot when someone left. neighborhood is a little sketchy though.

it was the perfect size for 2 everything was how it said it was in the description except for the $250 upfront. we had to pay nothing. very clean everything worked. very good places to eat near by.
