The room's cleanliness was extremely poor. The floor was sticky, covered in dust and hair, and even the coffee machine had moldy coffee residue. There were noticeable stains on the bedspread and sheets. This place is truly unclean and extremely frightening.

Strongly do not recommend this place, please avoid choosing it. The customer service personnel promised to attend to the issues, but during my two-night stay, they never showed up.

There was mold all over the shower curtain They gave us the wrong key for the wrong apartment. When we called them for help they did not call us back. We decided to try the key on a different door it worked we got lucky so the apartment they said we were going to have we did not get. They also said we didn't return the key which we did, and now they're trying to charge us $150 for the key. They harrased us on 2 different text phone numbers for hours. I had to call the bank for fraudulent activity.

The a/c in leaving room was not working at all, had to spend most of the time in room due to being hot and not working. When text and let someone know no answer. The bathroom was still dirty, the dishes were still dirty. Felt like it wasn’t properly cleaned.

nothing really! I didn’t stay there, I walk in and notice the place is super filthy and I left, forced to rent hotel room. I took pictures of the dirt all over the place including dirty bed sheets. I requested refund and didn’t hear from the owner yet!

My recent stay at an apartment was an absolute disappointment. The check-in instructions were a mess and arrived after the check-in time and I had to ask for it! The elevator was out of order, and to make it worse, I wasn't informed beforehand. The apartment's cleanliness was appalling, with sticky floors, dirty plates in the dishwasher, and stained furniture. This experience was unacceptable. The management needs to get their act together, improve communication, address maintenance issues, and clean up their act. Don't waste your time or money here.

The internet was down and so was the elevator and I was on the 8th floor. There's no one to get a hold of to fix the internet so we just sat there all night with no internet which it's a Roku tv so no tv.

The fridge was dirty, the oven was dirty, the bathtub was dirty as well as the sheets. Very nasty! There was hair everywhere in the bathtub. The sheets and blanket were not washed and there was hair all over the bed. We needed to buy our own sheets, blankets and pillows to make our stay more comfortable. If our stay was refundable we would have left the same day we arrived.

we had to check in late because key was not there, when we did finally get a hold of someone it was the same women I watched walk around on her phone doing nothing not caring about customers. once she placed the key in the box I was told that was the cleaning lady when we got into the apartment the place was not clean. chips on the floor and on the couch the floor looked like it had not been swept I. weeks the shower was dusty and had hair in it. we only had 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. worst experience ever load noises all night from other areas of the place. when we sent a message to the contact person nothing was done to try to make it right other than wanting us to leave the property but leave the key so she could clean but we had plans so that did not work for us plus was not sure the key would be there when we got back since it was not there when we arrived. Over all on of the worst places I have ever stayed!!!!

There was no key - zero customer service- a lot of aggravation and your charging us for room we couldn’t use and we had to purchase another place to stay.

We COULD NOT get in the key box was open and there was NO KEY. We called and emailed the property with NO RESPONSE! Then called and emailed booking.com. No Help - except to tell us we would get a cancellation fee for place we couldn’t use!! Now telling us no refund!

The registration process. Computers can only do so much. Computers cannot solve every probnlem. It's best to have humans register guest. Your web page jump around causing frustration and inaccurate registration on both ends of the registration process.

I rated my week's stay as "exceptional" because it clearly exceeded my expectations. Spaciousness, comfort, well-outfitted, value for money, friendliness of staff, good vibes. All were to be had. As a traveler not a tourist - my kind of place. Not fancy, but just right.

WiFi codes didn't work. Had to call to get more codes, mess around with it to find a password that matched. Not good when you need to work. The TV wasn't connected to cable or WiFi. The boxes were there, but nothing was connected or programmed. When asked for help the host replied (the next day) that the internet was out-it wasn't. Wanted to relax, watch a movie with my son and ended up having to watch on laptop. Charged a separate cleaning fee which boosted the nightly rate to over $200 but the couch had stains (my teen son pointed it out and spread a blanket over before he'd sit on it), bathroom ceiling needs attention and behind door. Looked forward to coffee in the morning-none provided in room even though there was a coffeemaker there and the Keurig in the lobby was out of real sugar and non flavored creamer.

Location was good. On a busy street next to highway, but close to UC with a park across street. Room was large. It's a one B/R apartment in a complex rented by full time residents. A/C was turned on prior to arrival.

The 1 Bd apartment was very nice clean just big enough for me and my husband. If you wanted to cook everything was in kitchen to do so. The bed was very comfortable.The location was close to everything I will stay her again.
