The water was not hot enough. Also, i was not able to extend my stay for another week.. because everything was booked.. but i really needed to extend for another week due to work.

the room was clean and set up nicely.

Staff issue forced me to leave unexpectedly when they failed to extend my reservation for the third week. Disgusted this is how it ends and on my birthday!

Location was accommodating. Pet fee was not disclosed but expected. However 20/day is excessive. Housekeeping seemed irritated that I refused their once a week cleaning bc I did it every day when I had to go ask for trash bags and toilet paper and clean towels every third day. Military habits. I extended here a week and would do it again.

Disliked · The staff was not accurate about the service provided. The staff in the morning told me different things from the staff in the afternoon. I end up staying more days and the rate end been more expensive than the one on Booking.com Plus I was supposed to make the payment on the first day of the 3 extra days I was staying. Then, They call me without letting me know in advance that if I paid after 1 pm(The Staff called after 1 pm) they will charge me an extra 30 plus dollars which I end up paying.

An extra bed was requested in advance, but the request was not granted. To resolve the situation, I tried to book another room, but without success. The staff's laziness is notorious, the location is terrible, the service is terrible. I do not recommend it. There is a strong smell of marijuana and heavy traffic.

They refused to check us in. I made the reservation online and it didn’t pull up when we got there and she said there was no way to pull it up and to come back in the morning and they would get us a room.

We didn’t get a room. I made the reservation but it was after midnight and the lady at the desk said we’d have to come back in the morning to get the room.

Seemed sound proof. Clean. They have required housekeeping. I didnt like that at every entrance there are men just standing by the doors. I'm a female traveling alone and stay at hotels weekly. It's intimidating and unsafe feeling having to pass 1-3 men as I try to get to the door. Yes there is security but it more for front desk then for guest.

I was attacked and nearly raped inside my room and was screaming for help while my attacker beat me in the hallway and they kicked me out of the hotel after I got back from the hospital, the female manager entered my room while I was sleeping , thankfully my girlfriend was awake during that time and was able to stop her from coming in with no warning , the day after I was literally attacked and beaten . she had zero remorse and said that reguardless of what happened to me we had to leave . As a woman , this place is NOT safe . The other guest will watch you be harmed as well and not do anything about it , even if you are begging for mercy . Not a safe place and definitely not woman friendly.

It was convenient to the expressway. Room with clean. Friendly staff.

Very nice, cozy, clean and stylish hotel. Fast internet, free Showtime account connected to tv. All is great, just no kitchen staff (no plates, forks, pots, nothing actually)
