Hardly any water pressure, loose bathtub fixtures. Hot water runs out during a shower. The room was too filthy to let children play in. Very loud area, exact center of town. Right between the law and the lawless. No late check out or kee drop off. No alarm clock and shity TV

Could have used a good vacuuming next to the beds. Kind of a strange layout, there is a big corner with a barely accessible closet and that made it difficult for the AC to reach the other bed without turning the room down to freezing

There were some minor issues with a light switch and some grout work needed to be done. For this price one can only expect so much, however.

The price is hard to beat. It is well located with restaurants within walking distance. The person on staff was eager to check on some items asked about to be checked for minor touch-up.

Could not open the door from the beginning, as the doorknob was loose, and obviously 2 different different doorknobs inside and out which contributed to the issue. Once inside, a pile of visible dirt was on the window sill in the bathroom, and the room itself was very dirty from the perspective that grime was on the walls, doorframe, and nearby touch surfaces. The floor in the bathroom had a 12-inch small puddle of water, the shower door had soap streaks on the outside, and the shower hardly had water coming out. Switched to a room that was night and day difference - fully remodeled. Except the mirrors (like the other room) had a visible film, the cabinets had a visible amount of dust build up on the drawers and the shower did not drain as I stood in 3 inches of soapy water and had to re-rinse my feet outside of the shower. The couple that run the hotel are very nice people but need serious training on housekeeping and maintenance procedures. If they convert the rooms to at least match room 217, then get their cleaning and maintenance up to efficiency, they'll stand a GREAT CHANCE of being FAR MORE successful in ratings and bookings. I wish them the very best as Motel and Hotel management are extremely challenging work to maintain, improve, and exceed guest expectations. They've got a pretty good attitude (they'll improve there too when they have more confidence, which will result in more positive results AND Profits.) which helps them substantially.😉😁👍💯

They need bars to hang on to and help lift a person off the toilet. They have the short toilets. I needed to grab the basin conter to help me get off and stand up

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. It was only lukewarm. The shower had hot water the problem was only with the sink. Also, I tip maids when they clean my room for me. If I stay only one night, I don't tip, as the maid is cleaning the room for the nest customer. If I stay 2 or more days, I tip $5 a day for every day after the first day. The maid did not clean my room for the days that I would be back for. I was disappointed. I know help is in short supply, but not cleaning the room for me, cost the maid my tip.
