I have nothing bad to say; the only reason I didn’t give it the highest rating for Location was because there is nothing within walking distance, but given the town is quite remote and small, that is to be expected.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were nice and breakfast was great. The receptionist recommended we eat dinner at Amigos and we loved it; great food.

Everything was wrapped in plastic at breakfast, way too much waste. Not related to the hotel, but just for other travelers information: staff at the nearby subway restaurant was incredibly rude.

Good location for a visit to Monument Valley, breakfast was good, but too much plastic waste. Pool was clean, but water too cold. Staff was friendly.

Walls were very thin! We could hear the conversation next door.

Motel is on the north end of town, so it’s a little more quiet, but about a mile or so from the restaurants & gas stations. Every staff person was friendly. Navajo decor throughout the motel. Our room was very neat & clean. Nicely furnished…..a pleasure to walk into. Plenty of space; we appreciated having a table & chairs available. Great shower enclosure. Very good hot breakfast.

The room is noisy when strong wind blowing outside.

The location is good for those travelling to Monument Valley. Wifi working well, and the breakfast is good enough to kick start a day.

Was bummed out when we found out the pool was shut down..main reason we wanted to stay here again. Then our vehicle was broken into our last night there. Police were called out but then told us the security footage would be worthless to look at and that our items would be a loss.

Mattress and bedding/pillows were very uncomfortable. The window and front door are not winterized, cold air blowing in. Vehicles were vandalized/broken into while parked overnight in the motel parking lot. Stairways are not properly prepped for wet/icy conditions; very slippery - had a fall happen, no injury.

The climate control system was hard to adjust; often either too cold or too hot; we opted for the former. The WiFi was weak and spotty -- the biggest drawback of our stay there.

The only very minor issue was the mini fridge didn't have a freezer but the desk clerk was very kind in putting our freezer pack in their freezer overnight for us.

Very clean, well appointed spacious room. One of the largest double rooms we've ever stayed in. Room and entire facility were very clean and kept up well.
