Was supposed to bed a queen room, the bed was a double not queen or the smallest queen ever made. Getting the door to open was an experience, green light door wouldn't open. With patience and persistence we did get it open. A bit frustrating.

It was loud. The walls and ceiling are so thin that you hear every word and step of your neighbors above you and beside you. The breakfast was very poor quality and EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) was sealed in plastic or made out of plastic… Spoons, knifes, forks, plates, bowls you name it! Nothing is washed afterwords but just thrown into the trash… unacceptable in 2024…

The room was clean and spacious. As a family of four we were not tripping over each other. Staff was most helpful and absolutely friendly. We have even talk about staying there again when we revisit the area.

We didn't actually get to stay there-so don't know if this review will be accepted. When making the booking on line my card was declined twice (unknown tec error) so I was advised that the booking was cancelled. Hoping that we could rectify payment on arrival, we made our way to hotel but the zip code on booking details led us to an area with no sign of the Inn. Mobile signal was abysmal , so could not even phone for directions. After a very long stressful time trying to locate the Inn- all the time worried that there was something fraudulent going on with my card, we gave up and booked in somewhere else. I was then charged the full amount of our stay at the Inn which we had not even been able to locate. I was in contact with the Inn explaining our situation but they refused to make any refund despite the confusion with the payment, which was not my fault. Not even a even partial refund. Very poor customer relations.

TV reception terrible, swimming pool was indoor and unusable as the area stunk of chlorine. Bathroom small with washbasin in the sleeping area. My wife is covered in bites which we suspect came from her bed but to be honest can’t be certain.

I didn’t like that I got charged extra $614.10 on my card without asking the permission I booked two rooms paid for with my card and one of my coworkers did not like to share the room so he went to the front desk And lied to them told them that it’s totally fine if he gets his own room that his supervisor is totally approves it which was a lie and the lady at the front desk believed him and without picking up the phone and calling my room and asking permission or confirming with me because I’m the primary cardholder to rent this guy another room She went and charge my card totally unprofessional so anyone can walk in there and say hey the guy before me is paying for my room it’s totally OK. He says that’s fine. The charge his car and they’ll believe it. I know booking doesn’t have Nothing to do with this it’s the proper staff, which are l Lovely people I mean, don’t take me wrong, but just have to be more careful who you trust? Don’t trust anybody?

Sink not in bathroom area. TV remote seemed to have weak batteries and was initially hard to find in the wardrobe! Breakfast OK but lacked range.

Small things but that should have been improved: a small tube of shampoo that is not enough for two people. Bad and poor quality bar soap. Liquid body soap is better.
