I am pretty dam sure I got bit by bed bugs, I am not happy!! I will never tell anyone to stay at any comfort inn.The pool wad not working, I would of liked an email or phone call telling me this I would of canceled and booked somewhere else.

Walls had inconsistent paint paint chips on the walls. Some of the rugs were really nasty on the fourth floor beds were very soft.

Main light switch NEVER worked. Only certain buttons on remote worked. Refrigerator freezer was completely filled with freezer burn, so I couldn't fit ANYTHING in it, including my dog's Farmer's Dog expensive fresh food, which I had to throw out (~$30.) They say "pet-friendly", but there wasn't a single poop bag dispenser that had a single bag in it throughout the entire stay. They were advised and.....4 days later, still empty. Room was filthy beyond belief & I grew up on a large, financially struggling farm. Room smelled like something....don't know what, but nasty. There were several gnats/fruitflies in the room the entire time. Went to close shades since we're on the 1st floor & there was literally a 1"+ Wolf spider on the shade that my husband had to kill with my shoe. That same night, we got 2 pizzas & when getting a 2nd piece after less than 10 min, a cockroach ran out from under one of the boxes, so we lost $45 in food. ANOTHER COCKROACH running across the top of the fridge the next day.When we checked in (having booked online), we reiterated that my dog was a support dog. After a huge sigh and eye-roll, we were advised that they had to change our room from a single king to a double queen, increasing it by about $35 a night. WHY???? Never explained. Also, I had requested to check-in earlier than 3p. I requested 130p. No response after over a day. Showed up. Room was ready. Charged an additional $40. Check out the attached pics. DISGUSTING. I'd really be cleaner going without a shower than standing in this bacteria frappe with ZERO water pressure. Ice maker on 1st floor is broken so had to go to 3rd floor. About 40 options in snack machine, but only 6 things were stocked for 3 days. EVERYTHING is NASTY. They may be guests or transient people, but they are directly on the step of the back entrance (6+ people), partying & LITERALLY pissing and s**thing on the grass less than 30 feet away.

Out of several staff, only 2 or 3 were reasonably pleasant, although I asked for 2 rolls of T.P. since I was originally booked for 1.5 weeks, but was only allowed 1 roll & the towels were stained and folded like a 3 yr old did it.

Our 3 rooms were very old and uncomfortable. There was no towel rack in the bathrooms. The carpet in our rooms and in the hallway need to be replaced, they were unclean and had an odor. We were there for 4 nights and had the same towels. We were very unhappy with our rooms. The outside looked nice, however, the rooms and the entire facility really need to be updated.

The hallway by the elevator and on the main floor was nice. The staff was friendly.

book this place for 2 days and I wanted to leave the same day One thing I did not like is that there were a selected area for people who had pets the first room that I had was a horror movie it really did look like a crime scene of germs and everything on the wall the mini fridge was very smelly the bed sheets smell like if somebody urinated the walls had lots of things stuck on it my TV can only watch one channel no controller in the room I asked for another room because it was that bad and I got put into something that was just a bit better the sheets smelled in the second room I found a nail on the floor right next to the bed where my kids were sleeping we had to throw our own garbage away and put our own towels and the towel bin in the hallway in the morning I gave the nail to the lady when I checked out and it was like nothing to her save your money this place is not worth the stay and you can get really sick or even bed bugs because the sheets are not washed properly as I found hairs and other things stuck on the sheets of a room that's supposed to be clean for the next person I slept with all my clothes and my hoodie sweatshirt and I put my personal blanket on the bed that I threw away after same for my children I feel like it was a night of survival

The room smelled strongly of urine, there were multiple stains ranging from food and drink to bodily fluids(blood, urine, etc). I found cockroaches in the drawers which were also stained. The refrigerator was plugged in and turned on but was warm the entire stay. I was locked out of my floor because the elevator didn't have a 1st floor button, so after getting ice from the 3rd floor I was stuck. I tried calling the other elevator but only the broken one arrived every time. The furniture was damaged and stained, the TV was also broken. The employees seemed without proper leadership or management. No one had any standards for customer service or cleanliness.

I enjoy the red lobster being close by. I also appreciated not getting murdered in my sleep.

The building needs to be fixed. Back parking lot there was broken automobile window glass which made us concerned about leaving our car in back parking lot by their main entrance so we parked on other side. Room was not ready when we got there. One Elevator was missing button to get to main floor so you had to play with the up down buttons to get the other elevator to open. The sign saying it didn't work was inside elevator it should of warned people on the outside. The stairs to get down to .main floor was locked because of maintenance. That door had sign on it not to open so we had to go back upstairs and play with elevator to get the right one to open to get out of hotel. We chose that hotel because it was close to our concert hall and it had pool. The pool was also closed for maintenance but they didn't have that written on their sight we would of chosen a different hotel. The shower water was cold when you turned it on for hot water. The tub filled with water as you showered and drained slowly so did the bathroom sink. When we got up to the room door for our room was left wide open and all drawers and doors on microwave and refrigerator were left open I'm assuming by cleaning staff. The door didn't locked properly you had to pull door towards you to get it to lock in place. The bathroom door had to be slammed to shut it. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but our floor which was second floor smelled of cigarettes when we got back from concert.

The pool was closed for maintenance, which the pool is the reason we booked that hotel! The rooms were not clean, and smelled moldy and musty. Box spring of bed was stained with vomit, hair and dirt. Only one elevator was working and it only had one luggage cart. There were quite a few people who seem like they were homeless hanging around the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable!
