Wish the food was well-prepared and offered more to eat. Was appetizing but felt hungrier after dining in at the hotel. The room and fitness center made up for it though!

I did love how the room provided a supply of sheets and towels for the bathroom. The toiletries and television were awesome assets for a lazy inside the room lol. The pool was also soothing.

The room was rented for my don and his girlfriend after traveling for hours to visit me for the holidays. The attached pictures are from the room. My son spoke with the front desk on the second day and the front desk clerk became defensive. The couple is young and didn’t know to approach the front desk the first night plus they were exhausted. I am very disappointed...will NOT recommend staying there.

The lady in the cafeteria was arguing with herself the whole time. The entrance to the lobby had a bad smell that didn’t go away,

There are roaches in this hotel... I immediately put all my bags back in my car and slept with the light on. Checked out or more like left out around 7am. I don't do roaches and I would like my money back if possible.

There was a ton of mold build up in the shower. The sheets and pillo cases weren't changed. There is a ton of mold build up under the carpet. The WI-FI was horrible kept going in and out.. Room service is horrible and useless the workers don't change linens or shower curtains they do not clean out the tubs it's disgusting and unsanitary. I hate that all the rooms have an ajoining door. The computer/business room sucks there is no door its out in the opening. The walls in the rooms are disgusting..Pleases do a better job or an upgrade

Could not check in at 2:00. We had an event to get ready for and couldn’t. One of the two rooms we had booked was unable, broken toilet. After fixing that, the door lock was broken. We never used the second room we had booked #321. I would like to ask for a refund of $72.

Smell in our room was like someone tried smoking cigarettes out of the window. Wasn’t too over-bearing but noticeable for sure. Other than that we were satisfied with the room for sure.

My girlfriend and I were very surprised with this visit. For the price, we were definitely expecting less. But a comfortable room, a nice king size bed, and some great breakfast have us thinking we’re going to come back for sure. Thanks to the staff for keeping everything simple and easy. 👍🏽

Everything else. The floors were rank. The rooms stank of cigarettes. The bathroom had mould. There was no plug for the tub despite my asking. Everything felt unclean. The curtains aren’t designed to close. The walls are paper thin between bedrooms. The lift didn’t work and poses a high fire risk as the exit was poor. The breakfast was bland and served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Everything was sugary. Apart from the cooked breakfast - which appeared to be powdered egg omelette and very greasy fatty cheap bacon. The staff were perfectly polite but I overheard them complaining about their dreadful working conditions. They obviously weren’t given any support or encouragement. This is franchise with a private owner who obviously doesn’t care. And neither do the staff. Such a shame to see so little enthusiasm. Deeply depressing. I hope someone buys it out

I didn’t have an ice bucket in my room and had to use a plastic bag. When we first arrived one of the bulbs in our room were blown, but was fixed right away.

Staff was very polite and professional, the breakfast was good with several choices. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
