when we first got our first room the room had a real bad smell to it. was able to change it with no problem. in the morning at check out the roof off the hotel feel by the entrance. the manager was really nasty to us taking mean and without manners, all because our car was parked on that side and we needed to get to it. he call us all types of ugly and to get out when we couldn’t get out.

very disappointed everything was dirty! it smells like old wet rug, I went to the pool area with my family and noticed two fat wet diaper the inside of the diaper was all over the pool. room I stayed in had dirty curtains, pillows sheets and the rug was all stained. workers where so rude and looked so miserable working there. breakfast was one small room with 5 tables and literally can only fit three the room was old and nasty . I try asking for a refund they told me no cuz I booked with a 3rd party,

About 8-10 mins from the Convention Center ($15 Uber) and 20-30 mins from the Airport ($40). Approx ~$30/day Uber/Lyft to get to a 4 day Conference Downtown adds up and you may as well pay to stay in Hartford. Not to mention if there is a surge on the ride-share apps you pay even more Lyft tried to charge $150 to take me to the airport during a surge. Facilities could use some renovations, especially for the price. A light coat of dust could be appreciated on most of the surfaces even the elevator had this dirty handprint on it all 4 days of my stay. I needed an iron and there was not one in my room. When I called down to the front desk the host replied by asking me if I was sure there was no Iron to which I replied yes that's why I am calling. She then told me maintenance would bring one up. I waited 15-20 mins but eventually had to ask one of the housekeepers if I could borrow one from another room. The iron was old and got iron buildup on my garment. The blow dryer also didn't work. It was also annoying the bathroom light switch also controlled the exhaust fan which was super loud and annoying. It was impossible to hear anything with the bathroom light on and I wish those controls were separate. The bathroom and overall room lighting sucked. Definitely not good for putting on makeup. If I could have switched hotels I would have.

Very friendly gentleman that worked overnight to check me in my room. Conveniently located within walking distance from Red Lobster, Gas station, Wendy's, and Walmart. Good 24 hour check in/out process.

The toilet was broken the bed was dirty. Towels were dirty. Washed but stained. There was a guy in the lobby with a cigarette hanging off his lip as he loaded a huge cart of suitcases into the elevator. When I got off the elevator there was a homeless man asking to use my phone. It was just creepy and scary. I was afraid to go downstairs to the breakfast. I went to the Walgreens bought some snacks and stayed in my room until check out
