the only thing was the soap. a tiny soap to shower and wash hands were given and i really don't think it would have clean much so I went out and bought my own soap. other than that no complaints.

I wish you had a hot tub area for adults beside the pool. That would attract more couples and adults to stay. The lady at the front desk kept telling us our card wasn't working for the room deposit. She swiped it about 5 times. She eventually realized she was putting the card in wrong. Also, no snow but you can't do anything about that, just the weather.

I liked the location, room, and resort, but was disappointed with little or no snow to cross country ski. The complimentary coffee was very nice in the morning and I liked the pool! I will visit the exercise room on the next visit. The sign said there was a sauna, but we couldn't find it.

We could hear the room above us move, but that is regular in a house made out of wood.... Need to be more aware of the hair on the sheets... not a big deal. Just make sure to flap it before covering the beds....the sheets on the beds were clean, but static can be an issue.

We loved the place and recommend that every one traveling to this area be a guest at this establishment. It is beautiful and very comfortable, large rooms with all you need to prepare your own meals. Heated pool is a bonus.

So, being an older establishment, we expected some noise from rooms beside and above us. Beside us was fine (even though we were in a high traffic area by the pool). But upstairs was a different story. You hear every step above you. Maybe if our upstairs neighbors would have been more considerate, it wouldn't have been such a problem. But we were woken up all night long, and forget about sleeping past 5am. No black out curtains either, and the patio door if facing the bed. There was a huge group partying in the parking lot (barrel fire and all), and parking was limited because people had invited friends over to party. The cops ended up coming, which pushed the party inside. I get it. People are there to have a good time. But after a certain time, management should make them quiet down, so the non-partiers can sleep. With that being said, it would no deter us from staying again, and giving it another try. For the price, it's just hard to pass it up.

Check in was quick and easy. Both ladies i talked with at the front desk were very nice. We have been trying to stay away from fast food when traveling, so the kitchenette was awesome. Limited pots, pans, etc, but we were able to make due. Made pancakes and dinner right in our room. Full size fridge, microwave, and range. The room was pretty spacious for two people, and we loved the private balcony. There were two pull out couches, which was nice in case the bed wasn't comfortable. But, the bed was just fine. Everything was clean. The thing we liked best was the price. The weekend before school vacation, with many tourists in the area, our room was a very good rate. We were able to travel to many different areas within an hour or so. It was nice. The bathroom was adequate. A little small (especially the toilet), but the shower was hot and great water pressure. And plenty of nice, fluffy towels.

The front desk didn't explain how the heater worked. There was frost at night, and the default in the room was ~55 F. It turns out the A/C and heater were the same unit, but there was also a deceptive thermostat in the bathroom... just for the bathroom.

It was clean and spacious enough for us and our son. The fold-out couch was lumpy but comfortable enough.

everything was great I just was freezing cold in my room. There was only a thin blanket on the bed so I kept waking up cold. For this time of year it should be a nice cozy comforter. I tried to find the heat in the room and I couldn’t. Then later the next morning I found it behind the bathroom door
