breakfast is supposed to start at 6 a.m but on one day waffle batter was out and woudn't be delivered until 7 a.m which is too late for us because we have to check into the ballpark very early

The air conditioner could have worked, I had to get a box fan from the check in area, also they need a clock with a radio if possible, good thing I brought my own

Cleaning staff was very nice. We had stayed 3 days and was a little surprised extra towels weren't in the room to fit our accomadations. I know you can call down to the front desk if needed. The wifi wasn't working for the first day and 1/2 off our stay. This was hard to get any work done on my end. The beds were nice! Clean room. The pool could use a good vacumn as there was debris at the bottom. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but it seemed like there were many options.

Hot tub didn't work at all, our toilet was all wobbly... frig didn't work, in-room coffee didn't work. AND.... the lady checking us in was so rude!

Bed wasn't comfortable, the plumbing fixture in the shower was broken, the hot tub jets were not working and the hot tub was really dirty.

Subject: Feedback Regarding Room 219 – Best Western Stay Upon arriving at Best Western for our stay, we were warmly greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member, which made for a great first impression. After checking into Room 219, I took a moment to inspect the beds to ensure everything was clean and up to standard. One bed appeared to be properly made with clean linens; however, the second bed had visible concerns. The fitted sheet contained several strands of hair and noticeable stains, and one of the pillowcases had what appeared to be dried bodily fluids, possibly boogers. As a former Executive Housekeeper, I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and I make it a habit to check linens wherever I stay. Outside of the bedding issue, the rest of the room appeared to be fairly clean and in good order. I chose to go down to the front desk to kindly request a fresh set of sheets without mentioning what I had found, as I understand the front desk staff is not directly responsible for housekeeping. I’m sharing this feedback with hopes it can be used constructively to ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly inspected moving forward. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Crystal Tyler

The room keys didn’t work all the time. Would have to go to the front desk to have them fix it. The pool had hair floating on top of it. Didn’t seem like it was being filtered correctly.

The street lights outside the building are pointed straight at the building flooding the rooms with bright obnoxious light. We had to have the shades drawn all night.

The room was filthy it had trash under the edges of the beds the bathroom floor was caked with dirt the shower still had someone else's black hair in it and the shower curtain was covered in mold The hot tub jets didn't work and it was so filthy we got out after 3 minutes because there were chunks of hair and other things floating in it the pool floor is falling apart and has chunks of floor laying all over the bottom

This place is in rough shape. It appears fairly modernized yet the table tops are cracking, there was a large unfinished patch of drywall in the bathroom and joint compound basically throughout the room. The pool area seems nice but up close is aging, cracks, large chunks missing in the pool floor liner…. Just not great. The confounding part is it wasn’t busy and I could count on one hand the guests, why would you stick us in a room that’s basically under construction.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the friendly employee working the breakfast area on the weekend is just awesome. Makes you feel welcome!
