Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our only problem was the key to the room kept messing up as if they didn’t have in their computer we were there for 2 nights and they would question us as if it wasn’t our key or as it was our fault but the staff was super friendly otherwise and great breakfast

The airport shuttle began at 7:00am- which did not help us out at all. I purchased this hotel room specifically because it had airport shuttle- but was quite disappointed to find out it began at 7:00am and not 6:00am as I expected.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my experience, particularly in relation to staff training and the refund process. My original booking was for three nights; however, due to a change in plans, I had to leave a day earlier. On Sunday, the 30th evening, I informed the front desk, and the staff member I spoke with was very professional and confirmed that I was eligible for a refund. However, when I followed up on Monday, the 31st March with a different staff member at the reception, I was met with an unprofessional and rude response. This inconsistency in service and handling of hotel procedures is concerning. I believe proper training and communication among staff members would greatly improve guest experience and avoid such discrepancies.

We spent only 7 hours in the hotel as our flight from the Dulles was at 10 pm that day and we came to the hotel around noon, but I had to pay for the full day ( which is normal) and for the early check-out I paid for the half of the day.

I booked the room here thinking I was going to get a free shuttle and breakfast but neither options were available for my flight because they do not offer these services until 7 am (for the shuttle) and 6:30 am (for the breakfast).

Noise in hallway Decor too dark in room. Need updating.

Not enough towels in the room, and no one answered the phone when we dialed “0” to ask for more. Desk clerk didn’t know if they could prepare us a breakfast to-go bag or not. Turned out it opened a little early so we could still grab something before our early flight, so it worked out.
Very soft, comfortable beds and pillows. Shuttle came for us even though we arrived a little later than the shuttle usually runs.

My shower wasn’t very clean; there was hair stuck to the walls. I went to walk on the treadmill at the gym, but it was broken, and that was a real disappointment. Luckily there was a walking trail outside around the pond. You could also hear people in the hallway and in the room next-door very easily, but fortunately, it was quiet at night.
The bed was comfortable, and the room had a fridge and microwave and all the little accommodations that are always helpful. There was a nice walking trail around the pond right outside the hotel, so that was how I got my exercise the second morning I was there. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub because I didn’t have time, but they both looked very nice and well kept.

The continental breakfast was very disappointing. The food was bland and not even close to satisfying. Come on Wyndham, you can do better. Go stay at a Drury and see what a free breakfast should be.
