United StatesMy dog and myself and my son were attacked by another customer's dog, who did not have their dog on leash. Motel 6 needs to explain to everyone dog owner that stays at Motel 6 that their dog is expected to be on leash when outside their room. There needs to be signs posted around the grounds stating that all dogs must be on leash. Because of this incident for the rest of our travels we did not stay at a Motel 6. I get it, people choose Motel 6 for the cheap cost, which means the quality of customers (especially those not traveling for work) might not be the sharpest pencils in the box. Which in turn means, Motel 6 needs to remind them about leash laws and must also post signs. Also, to keep the dog from attacking me and my dog, I had to stomp at it and yell at it and I was screaming for help. The irresponsible dog owner than proceeded to yell at me, flip me off, etc. It would have been nice to have cameras in the parking lot and if there were cameras it would be nice if a Motel 6 staff member would have come to my defense if for no other reason than to tell the stupid woman that she does not have control of her off-leash dog when it is running full bore 30 feet away from her.
Check in was fine. Room was a motel 6 room. Nothing special.

United StatesMy first room had a stained and pubic hairs all inside the sheets with lint from somebody socks. My 2nd room had a bar of soap in the toilet with blood on the toilet paper, also the toilet was not cleaned and had poop stains in it and my shower had like a white dried up spot that looked slimy on the bottom of the shower floor. I recorded all of these issues if information needs to be provided.

United StatesIt was a dump. The sheets and blankets had dirt spots on them. I’m glad I brought my own blanket. The carpet was nasty. The bathroom had hair from someone else in the shower. There was no coffee in the room or in the office. (if there was I wasn’t told about it)
The front desk person was nice and accommodating. Speedy check in. The tv worked, as did the a/c.

United StatesThe cleanings and the fact that the employees knew about this and still took walk in reservations. When I told the guy at the front desk the reason I was leaving after checking in he for one didn’t apologize. He just said that he didn’t know where the bugs came from, that they had recently showed up and even when he goes home he takes some of those bugs in his clothes when he goes home. Like it was normal.
There was hair in one of the beds, there were bugs in the ceiling and walls after I killed the ones in the ceiling. Two in the other bed, floors had not been swept and they had ants.

United StatesBoth rooms we reserved were really dirty and didn’t look like they were cleaned. There was dog hair all over the floor, cigarette burns and dirt stains on the comforters and pillow covers, and one of the rooms didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. There were bugs and spiders on the bed, just laying on the beds for a few minutes and we were itchy. We were told they have 4 different types of bed bugs there. This is not a place we plan on staying at in the future.
The only good thing was the location and that I got a refund.

No towels, had to use sheet from bed to soak all the water up from under the sink. Was in the middle of booking and within the two mins it took me to get my card, the price jumped $15

United StatesEverything was dirty and not clean. The room, the beds, the pool was trashed with food and drink being in the pool by people who weren’t even staying at the hotel. I took pictures of some sort of bugs in our room. Hair from someone staying there before us was still on the bed, sink, and shower. The floors were dirty. Cigarette holes in the bedding. Our room (207) was shared with room 206 by a door that was so poorly sealed or secured the people were smoking marijuana and it just filtered right into our room as if there was nothing there at all. At one point there was banging on the door and screaming that woke our 6 year old up. I actually have pictures of how disgusting our room and hotel was. It’s really sad that Motel 6 puts their name on this place. It really is not a safe or sanitary hotel.
Honestly this was a huge disappointment.

United StatesThis hotel is VERY over priced for what it is. $25 a night I might understand but there's no way they should be charging luxury hotel prices for what they're offering. First off, some rooms didn't even have towels or toilet paper available. The bed was a box spring with a sheet covering it. Extremely uncomfortable. No fridge in the room. No coffee. No toiletries. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every passing noise in the night.
It was better than sleeping in the car, I suppose.
