We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe side I exit out to walk my dogs was not easy to step down or up; it's a 2-2 1/2 foot step where it easy for my babies but not for me. And the other side door was broken where people can come and go as please without permission. I know the area in the back of the hotel isn't theirs to maintain, but dog owners don't pick up after their pets.
As a truck driver it is very close and easy to get to the major truck shops. It’s close to a grocery store and fast food.

United StatesThe drink vending machine took my money and I never got my money back for that from the drink company. So that was disappointing and inconvenient but other than that… All went well for my stay. Will definitely be going back soon. Also the guest were nice and respectful and so was the front lady who checked me in Mrs.Joanna! She’s very kind and inviting and definitely a pleasant face to see when you first arrive!
The open space outside was nice and a beautiful place to watch the sunset!

We got there they wouldn’t let us have the bottom floor with our pet that they charged us more then it was supposed to be for! The first room smelled like smoke and the floor was covered in water so we had to change rooms 2 more times.. there was a gun fight right in the road behind us the facility was dirty I was supposed to have 2 beds and a fold out couch and we didn’t have that it was horrible
