We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe fitted sheet elastic was all pulled out and would not stay on the bed.
This hotel is very basic. Only 2 towels and 2 facecloths. No Kleenex tissue or kitchen counter cloths or dish soap, even though there is a basic kitchen. That said, it was easy to get to from I95 and KSC and It was nice and clean. No breakfast but good coffee and the staff were very friendly!! We would stay there again because the price was perfect!!

United StatesThe only thing I did not fancy was the bed because it made a lot of noise because it was on a metal spring-like platform. The platform also took away from the comfort of the mattress.
I am so grateful for the workers at Woodspring because I accidentally lost an important small piece of my Cpap machine, and they found it and kept it when it could have easily been thrown away.

United StatesI didn't like the seeing the dogs (I am not a fan of animals having just as many rights as I have). I didn't like the dripping sound in the roof of the bathroom, and did not feel like repacking to move to another room. Also did not like the $50 deposit and having to wait a few days to get it back.
