United StatesIt’s a complete fraud!! The rooms/beds look nothing like advertised. The “full” kitchen wasn’t full the stove top didn’t even work! The smell of drugs was everywhere! They had random people all over the place knocking on peoples doors. The front desk clerk/ housekeeper wasn’t very pleasant! We asked for a refund because we were concerned about our safety and was denied !!

United StatesThe elevator didn’t allow you to go up inless someone was coming down. The bed was hard not comfortable. The overall asethic inside could be cleaner inside as there was a smell in the hallways. The A/C unit could not go below 72 the room was hot. Despite the pleasant staff I would not return. The caliber of adult guest was suspect and I didn’t feel safe. The staff left at midnight so if anything happens no hotel staff would be there to assist. I left in the middle of the night around 2:30am as I did not feel safe! There appears to be families living there as well as I couldn’t sleep as the people above me children were having wrestlemania until after 11:30at night.
The staff was excellent they had amazing customer service.

United StatesThe pictures online looked nothing like the room I stayed in. The restroom sinked clogged 10 minutes after arrival. The bed was uncomfortable and house keeping never brought us fresh towels. Additionally there were burn marked all over the room. This I meant for those working in the area or in need for transitional housing.
The front office staff was nice. However nothing else seemed to work in favor for this place.

United Statesthe ultra thin blanket on the bed, the front desk they claimed to not have any others... i then knew it would be futile to ask for an actual SET of towels in the bathroom rather than just the one towel for drying off, which leads me to mention they had no shower amenities, also, the two pillows that were essentially like balled up pieces of cloth in pillow cases were pathetic and ultra annoyed that we didn't have a do not disturb tag so house keeping wouldn't have woken us up in the morning

United StatesAlthough I paid for 2 nights, the hotel was so disappointing, that we tried to immediately cancel the rooms because we were NOT going to stay there at all. The manager was unprofessional and showed no empathy and/or compassion when he vehemently refused to give us any type of refund. There were disgusting stains everywhere in the hallway, especially in the carpet. The hallway was also dimly light to the point that it that made me question our safety. There was a sour odor throughout the hotel. The elevator had someone stuck in the elevator shortly after we arrived. Inside the room was just as bad. The walls were filthy with random holes in them. Some of the holes seemed to go straight through to the next room. There were wires hanging from the microwave and the refrigerator was rusty and nasty. Like I said, it was so horrible that we did NOT stay there at all and they still refused to give me any kind of refund. My only regret is that I didn’t think to take any pictures, we were just in a hurry to leave.
It was out of the way and it looked clean on the outside.

United StatesWe didn't like anything at all. We can to Lafayette for my daughter's BETA Convention. I wanted to cancel but the manager told me that I couldn't and would not receive a refund. Its not what he said but how he said it that really didn't sit right with me. So we left.
Absolutely nothing! The photos were nothing like the actual hotel. The room had a foul smell, it was dirty and we asked to be move and was told we were in one of the better rooms! I just couldn't stay there so we just check out and left.

Hotel smells like cats, dogs and trash. It’s obvious people actually live here at not just a standard hotel experience. People we loitering in the halls laying on the floor. Elevator was dirty and smelly. People were in the lobby with pajamas on lounging like it was a living room. I felt very unsafe. I did not sleep here and I was booked for 4 days. If you want a hotel experience bypass this hotel it’s for people who struggling to find housing and need to live on the hotel like an apartment.
