The noise from the above apartment and corridor at times was quite loud when we were trying to sleep. Medium-sounding foot traffic and talking from above could be heard from our apartment.

The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great- we loved the pool and spas and outdoor space. It was great to come back to after a long day of hiking in the nearby mountains.

Not really so much "didn't like", but rather "slightly disappointing" - the breakfast room (unless you could get a table in the smaller area with windows) with paper plates and plastic cutlery seemed a contrast to the luxury elsewhere.

An excellent stay in the "Presidential Apartment". We were lucky to be assigned a lovely room at the end of the building with a great outlook. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. This proved to be a great stop over after a couple of weeks' touring, allowing rest, relaxation (and doing some washing!!). Reception welcoming and helpful.

No concern other than having to ask twice to have soaps in room replaced since they did not offer daily cleaning. Kind of a bummer there. Also, their sit clearly states that there’s an evening restaurant onsite and that’s false.

The proximity to everything, the hot tub and pool, and the fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast was also great, but it was the same daily.

There were no highchairs, which made it hard with a one year old.

We stayed in the presidential suite, and it was truly one of a kind. Lots of room and an air hockey table. There are three TVs and high celings throughout. It was beautifully designed and felt very luxurious. We will be going back even though we now have already seen arches national park because of how amazing this hotel was.

No baby high chair on breakfasts, this makes breakfast really stressful. I don’t understand why they don’t have it, I saw many people with babies there. Suit is not very roomy, but it depends on what you prefer.

Location is great, very close to arches park and Moab city center. Suit was clean and high quality, had everything we need.

Close to the Arches National Park and the town center. The room is spacious and tidy with very good facilities.

I wish the room with the 2 double beds were queen beds.

Great location. The included breakfast was an added bonus. I liked that there was 2 full bathrooms. The living room and kitchen area were large enough for us to get together with our whole group.

The kitchen was better equipped than my own at home and everything was really clean, including the dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. The location was perfect for visiting canyonlands and arches np. The appartment was huge, all very new and in great condition and for a very reasonable price.
