“Unfortunately we were very disappointed by this hotel. I chose it based on the good reviews but this was not what we found. We have slept in over 6 hotels all over Vietnam and these were the worst we encountered by a long distance (hard and wobbly!) Also, the room we booked was described on booking.com as having a bath (important to us) but it did not. I did show this to the lady on the front desk who tried to upgrade us and was very keen for a good review. However she could do nothing about the third issue. The breakfast room ( it was more like a canteen than a restaurant) was on the 11th floor. The lift only goes up to the 10th. Anybody in a wheelchair would have no chance. My wife who has fibromyalgia really struggled.
So we went for breakfast across the road and moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our time in Hanoi.”

I had see the gym daily and the kids went into the hot tub.
Every member of staff I met was super keen to help and very hard working from cleaning staff to baggage handlers and reception managers.
Luca and Zhang deserve special mentions for their easy going and welcoming manager.
The room was perfect and exactly as expected from the booking.
We also had airport transfers with taxi drivers and this too could not have been more stress free.
In the end everything was done to make our time special and allow us to relax.
