The staff here will just make everything so easy, the smiling faces and friendly vibes are amazing. If you want to book a taxi or day trip it's so easy at the hotel...the location is perfect, the hotel itself is comfortable and spacious enough and I would highly recommend!

We've just completed a 5 night stay here and it's been a wonderful experience. Justin especially was a delight to deal with, as were all the staff who are friendly, funny, engaging and very pleasant. Location wise you're in the middle of old quarter. Everything is within a few mins walk and even if you want to venture further out. It's easy to navigate. Breakfast selection was good with plenty of choice for all diets. Should we come back to Hanoi we'll stay here for sure. Its been great.

Lovely hotel away from the hustle of the riverside but within 15-20 min walk - also found a couple of local restaurants nearby which were great value. We had a fabulous large room with an enormous bathroom and very good air con.. Staff were so polite and helpful, arranging taxi transfers at a competitive price. Great breakfast and a nice little pool. We used the spa, which was also very good, but we were not brave enough to try the free bicycles! Great value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff was exceptional! The staff at the front desk, the travel advisor(Ms Kim), the cleaning staff and the staff for breakfast greeted us and couldn’t seem to do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated Julia providing us with tips to make the most of our time in Hanoi. The entire staff was friendly and cheerful.

Room was a little small but as mentioned it was fine for our stay as we were on all day trips so only there to sleep.

The staff was excellent. Tohm especially was very attentive and accommodating. She was helpful with recommendations and getting us from place to place. Even though her name tag said trainee, she did a wonderful job in her position. Julia was also a wonderful staff member and very helpful and kind. This, by far, was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The hotel was updated, the reception area was very nice, the room, although small, was fine for our stay and very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices for all.
