Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beds were hard as rocks. Went up to the night bar was very disappointed as we went up around 6.45 all staff in a meeting not interested to help us for a drink so we went elsewhere. The life in restuarant was more interested getting people up to bar then customers in hotel
breakfast was nice. On the day we were leaving the staff were very helpful getting us a car to go to airport

The hotel is clean, comfortable & convenient location. It is close to everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Hana. She arranged and manage my stay completely well. I was check in and check out half way to Hai Phong. I return and check in the same hotel again. Hana deserved a best award!

The property is clean, convenient. The staff is helpful especially Hana. She arrange my stay well & helpful thru my one week stay. I was check out half for trip to Hai Phong & I re check in the same hotel when I return. Best staff award for Hana.

Pool and roof top bar were closed due to refurbishing . All other hotels notify these things . While Travelling on my own I choose places with facilities that make me feel safe . Eg roof top bars within the hotel . Very disappointed . And while I was compensated with $25 Australian dollars it dint help .

POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION. SUITE ROOM WASN'T FITTED PROPERLY, TOO VOID SPACES AND SMALL KITCHEN HAD A SOFA + VERY SMALL TABLE INSTEAD OF PROPER CHAIRS. SHOWER/TUB OF DESIGNS BUT THE SHOWER HOOK WAS LOOSE AND TUB PAVEMENT NOT BEING FLAT WAS DANGEROUS

Paid extra for a suite, it was just a larger room. Bathrrom was terrible, shower head clipped onto the wall at chest height, water goes everywhere Airconditioner barely worked, room was hot

My room was next to the swimming pool on my last night a work man at 12 midnight decided to start work and i couldnt get any sleep,i had to complain,it took them 30 minutes to stop.would not stay at this hotel again.

There was a little bit of road works outside so that got a little noisy but the hotel couldn’t help that.

The prostitution house pretending to be a massage service, located down the street from the hotel ("Lucky 1 Massage"). We suspect many of the "massage" places in this neighborhood are actually fronts for extorting more money than promised, with unhappy "therapists" who actually don't know what they are doing. STICK WITH THE HOTEL MASSAGES. The menu might be smaller but you will ACTUALLY get a massage.
The staff was excellent. Hanna in particular went above and beyond to help us navigate and enjoy our stay - even after we left, she helped us get to our next destination by communicating with our driver and suggesting a clean, delicious place to stop for lunch. The spa therapists were excellent and professional, as were the dining staff, bell hop and house keeper. Room was squeaky clean with excellent showers, functioning safe and comfortable bed.

The only little negative was they didn’t have drawers in the room,otherwise perfect
The location was awesome,we were able to walk everywhere we needed to.It has a cafe/restaurant and that was ideal.The property is very inviting and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
