Personally I found the bed a bit hard. In spite of th numerous lights, we both found the lighting rather ineffective. It was hard to see for shaving, makeup, etc.

They need to scrub the tub better, when taking a bath seen lots of filth, the bathroom fan didn't work, the toilet paper holder was half way across the room which if you were short you would have to stand up off the toilet to get some toilet paper. The staff was not very friendly when checking in and everytime we came into the building or leaving our room they did not say hello. The lights in the room didn't turn on by the light switch at the door you had to walk all the way into the room and turn on the lamp. Breakfast was a joke, I caught the front desk guy cooking the sausages in the microwave and pretty sure he did the eggs the same way. The second morning we went for breakfast there was a large group of men up there and I waited at least 15 minutes for more food to be brought out but had to go to the front desk and even ask for more food.

Breakfast hours were short. Staffing of breakfast area seemed to be the employee from the front desk and some of the items were gone a couple of times. Mattresses were on a metal platform and they seemed to slide around too much.

They charged me three times for a two night stay. And also a $10.53 charge cuz saturday nights are like ten bucks more I guess. I was informed I should get the $90 some dollars back in 3- to 5 days😡😡 One Pillow case was dirty, either it was blood or chocolate idk. Requested new pillow case and they were happy to help me out.

The bed was extra extra EXTRA firm, and the pillows were toddler size and full of lumpy balls of the stuffing. Luckily walmart was close by and we bought the cheapest pillows they had and they were much better. The toilet paper holder on the wall was about 2 and a half feet from the toilet. Yep...that was interesting.

It is located on an active railroad line. Ear plugs help with the train noise. Other than that, it was quiet.

Pleasant and clean budget hotel conveniently located near Sioux City airport. Pleasant staff. Very nice front lobby. Decent complimentary breakfast offerings. Very good value for the money for those who don't need luxury accommodations and prefer a reasonable price for a night's rest.

It is an older facility. There is an indoor swimming pool only. No exercise room. I had the headboard fall off the wall, but it was repaired quickly. The chest of drawers, we had an issue with one of the drawers not working.

The breakfast was average, and sometimes the food was not warm enough. At the time they were having a supply problem, so we went to breakfast outside the facility the last morning we were there. We had a king-size room on the first floor that was very quiet. Staff were responsive and pleasant. A washing machine and dryer room were available.

We booked this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool, but it was closed due to a problem during our stay. The gentleman who checked us in when we arrived wasn’t very friendly. We had to go up stairs to get to our room because there is no elevator.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good.
