I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Alice (one of the staff members) was also very useful and arranged a trip to the cat ba bay as well as a overnight sleeper bus for us.The beds were also very comfortable and the room was always kept clean. The location was also very central and the rooms were quite allowing us to sleep peacefully. This hotel definitely had the best staff out of the five hotels that we stayed at during our stay in Vietnam.

Hotel was located in a quieter street in the old quarters which is nice. Reception and lobby are a little old and not well maintained but the rooms and bathrooms are clean and quite spacious.

This hotel is perfectly located, with clean, comfortable rooms which will satisfy any traveller. But what really makes the difference is the absolute courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Alice helped us plan the perfect excursion to Halong Bay. We were afraid of the crowds, and she found a small, intimate cruise boat with only five cabins: it was perfect! She also completely planned for us an equally delightful tour of the northernmost part of Vietnam, which also perfectly corresponded to our hopes and expectations. And she also gave us unlimited useful advice for visiting the city, where to eat, where to go shopping, etc… Thank you again Alice, we had a wonderful stay thanks to you!

Fantastic stay, we asked for a bathtub and they offered us a room with bathtub. They arranged a taxi transfer for us as a cheap price, very confortable. The staff is amazing and I will come back to this hotel when I come back to Hanoi. Rooms are clean, bigger than expected, breakfast is superb, I really like this hotel we feel like home !

Located in the old quarter, close to everything in Hanoi. On a quieter street which was great. Minh at reception was the best. He solved every potential issue & had wonderful suggestions for tours. He was fantastic.

Staff were.soooo Friendly . Alice in particular , couldnt do enough for us . I am 54 years married and wish I had a Woman like her !!!. Town is a bit Mad but we escaped unscathed . Alice organized several trips for us and they were mighty . 🥰🥰🥰

We loved the location, and the staff were so pleasant and friendly. They went out of their way to help accommodate us. The morning breakfast buffet was great with good coffee. The rooms were clean. This is an older hotel in the core of the old city. It's great value for service.

This is our second time in this hotel and this is our favorite hotel in Vietnam. The staff did again everything possible to help us with our trip in general. They also sell many excursions at a very good price. Breakfast area is in a top floor so you can enjoy a panoramic view of Hanoi. They also put heater as it was a little bit cold. They really do everything to make you happy. Rooms are big very clean and bed linen smell so good. We feel like home in this hotel.

The room and the facilities are a bit shabby, there are marks of wear and tear, scratches on the walls and tables, broken tile in the shower... but again, nothing too crazy, so you should still consider staying here for sure

Very centrally located hotel, on a quieter street (as much as a street in Hanoi Old Town can be quiet). We had a very spacious room, with soft mattress and nice bedding. Some breakfast items changed daily, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse, but you can always order Pho Ga, omelette or eggs so there are enough options. The stuff was very friendly, and even let us leave our big luggage there for a few days, even after the checkout

Room was spacious and comfortable. There were complimentary water, tea and coffee daily basis. Breakfast was with good variety and freshly made different eggs and noodle soup, not to mention Vietnamese coffee. During our Halong Bay trip, which we booked from hotel, we could store our luggage at hotel and on return we were already checked in to our new room, which was so convenient and thoughtful of hotel. All our needs were met and solutions offered before we knew that we needed anything 🙂 Hotel staff was very attentive and friendly and Alice is excellent in organizing all excursions and other logistics you might need.

We stayed 3 times in same hotel in different rooms, took different trips in between those days. Breakfast was excellent and staff was more than helpful. Alice took care of all our arrangements for excursions and airport transportation, suggestions which areas in North are worth exploring next time. All team gave great advices for every need - where to eat, what is happening on what day, best currency exchange places etc. We felt really taken care of and would definitely choose this hotel again.

We liked the location as it was walking distance from cafes, shops and some tourist attractions. The staff was very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile on entering and leaving the building. We felt safe inside the hotel. Good value for money

TV remote didn't work. Our room had a shower/bathtub with a shower curtain. The tub had a 45 degree slope in the middle of the tub which was very slippery and dangerous. I almost fell taking a shower. I notified the front desk and they sent someone to get sticky pads to put on the tub surface. Only stayed one night so can't confirm they did it.
