Nice location, very close to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. They have zero bureaucracy for check-in and check-out. Easy for leaving and entering the place. An environment that resembles a home, it was very clean every day. We felt like in home.

No drinking water provided for a 3 day stay. Couldn’t find filter water machine or bottled water. Breakfast was pitiful, bruised apples, warm yoghurt, no toast.

The booking process was extremely cumbersome with way too much admin and was actually very complicated. I am still waiting for my invoice after asking for it 3 times. I cannot stress enough how cumbersome and unpleasant the booking process is!

Unhygienic sheets. They don't change sheets for new visitors and they don't change sheets if you stay long. I stayed 6 nights with Unclean sheets. They wanted to charge me R450 to change linen. Very unhygienic. Found cut nails on the side table from a previous visitor which means the room was not cleaned before I checked in

The beds were toooo hard and uncomfortable. We didn't always have breakfast here but on the day we were leaving we politely asked for breakfast at 6.30 because we had a long journey back to Durban. Sadly even though Ntsikakazi was awake and in the kitchen,instead of receiving a kind response we got an attitude where she banged and threw cutlery and crockery. We had a great time in Cape Town. All we needed was a little human kindness to end our trip on a high note instead we left with a bitter taste in our mouth.

The location was excellent. Easy to travel to the tourist spots..Close to shops. Reception upon arrival was warm and friendly ♥️

The lady there was very friendly and approachable, even when asked questions she did everything to assist. Don't mind going back there when flying down to Cape Town, the water was also warm and internet connection stayed on during loadshedding

Room not cleaned,dirty towels and full dustbin, on the second day. Taking a photo of my bank card, still scared even now. Constantly checking my bank transactions.

We had a first floor room with balcony, I recommend you do the same as ground floor rooms might get noisy during breakfast time.

Good internet (over 100Mbit download / upload), enough for remote working. Very spacious room Even though breakfast was not expected, every day there were toasts, cereals and coffee available in the morning, thank you!

The room didn’t have ả proper locking system. Room 3 did not have hot water, so we had old shower for 2 days. The car park is right outside and not secured, as a result the thugs broke in to our car and stole everything that was inside. The property owner failed to show us thé footage of the incident with shows that their cameras are not working. There is no tight security although the whole area is not safe. Crime rate seems high in that area. We felt unsafe and we ended up moving to a safer place.

We had no hot water for 2 days. We were told it was on a timer, but all the geyser switches had been put down at the distribution board. Came back early one evening and thought we would be able to watch TV - TV wasn't tuned, snowy picture.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach and close to amenities:) Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was perfect size for family of 3, neat, clean and tidy, easy accessible, reasonably priced, highly recommended:) Definitely will visit again, thanks for making our stay so Special and Wonderful :)

The tv in our room did not work properly. The shower took very long to produce hot water.

Great stay that has a homy feel to it. Right at a top location in Cape Town near the boulevard. Having to go out and find breakfast at one of the close by places is far from a punishment. Will be my go to place when I need to travel to Cape Town again.

Very noisy Ground floor rooms terrible, you can hear sound from staff talking in their room, reception front door and gates banging Staff noisy in the kitchen, talking sitting and coughing in the dinning area Noise from the steet, vagrants fighting, cars up and down This place is a joke
