This modern beachfront villa in Sharm El Sheikh offers a private beach and an outdoor pool. This self-catering accommodation features free Wi-Fi and a fitness centre.

The staff was very welcoming and attended to everything we needed. the villas were clean for the most part, the mosquito screen was really helpful, and the pool was regularly cleaned. There was a BBQ, but we didn't use it.

This villa is a paradise. It is better than on the pictures. We had 7 days of beautiful view, amazing outside swimming pool, warm sea just in front of the property with beautiful corals and fish. Villa’s outside territory is something special, I have never seen anything like that before. Very cleverly designed, all little details thought through. Swimming pool is huge, kids spent a lot of time there. It is situated on the territory of Sheraton hotel, gated secured territory which is a big plus. We stayed for Christmas and hardly saw any people which made it very special for us not to be surrounded by hotel crowds. I was watching the sunrise almost every day, it was breathtaking. This place is so tranquil. There are two people who look after the property and they can help with anything, they assisted us with food shopping on the local markets, showed us how to make barbecue, provide transfer to the airport. The owner of the place contacted me on WhatsApp after we reserved, welcomed us with the keys, showed the property, explained everything, stayed connected through the whole stay, allowed late checkout without extra costs. Villa inside is huge, all very comfortable; the only thing - kitchen needs to be organized a bit better in terms or cutlery and utensils, but it was not much important for us. We went to the town for dinners at the local restaurants, had breakfasts and lunches at the villa. We used local taxi services from Sheraton reception or the people looking after the villa can drive you as well. We were told we could use hotel facilities but the villa was so amazing we did not use hotel at all except massage for my husband. We will for sure book again as the villa exceeded our expectations and we want to come back.

The villa was exceptional. Tarek the manager was amazing. I had an autistic child and he made friends with him straight away and helped with him. The villa was clean the pool was clean. The view is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended for families

    Very close to the beach and famous lounge cafe Farsha in a safe Villas area Hadaba district , and iclose to my favorite bay near to Jas Fanara and Reef Oasis hotels' beaches if to look from th sea area.. Clean and quiet. Previous review was very helpful

    The rooms are incredible very much like individual villas. The staff were excellent. Salah was always on hand whenever an issue arose. Although it says all inclusive , some restaurants you have to pay for. Hassan at the bar was brilliant as was Ahmed and his group of staff who manage the shishas.

    The landscape is beautiful, the view is fantastic, the beach is clean, the breakfast is rich, the food is delicious, the people are great, the coffee on the balcony at sunrise is tasty, simply you can't complain. You can't dislike the place. You got to love the sandy beach in the red sea, the blue sky, the white villas, the green softscape, and the stony hardscape and the smiley working people ready to serve you.

    5th time to go .. isa again and again.. Best value .. newly this year they prepare new sandy beautiful beach all over.. clear waveles water plus amazing snorkeling spot .. The only real private villa allover Egypt with complete real isolation .. nobody can see u in your pool or garden.. excellent design ... food is better at weekends ....

    We loved everything about our stay at Lemon Tree Villa , the villa was exceptionally clean , the pool was huge and well kept , the villa and bedrooms were very luxurious and the hosts could not do enough for you and were always on hand if you needed any advice or help with anything . I would absolutely recommend for a family to stay here , it was pure bliss x

    Absolutely gorgeous area at all hours of the day, it's a delight to wake up to the morning sun in these villas. The hosts of the property are so lovely. And the fantastic beach and pools are right there! It's easy to get around from here and enjoy the area. It's nice and quiet. I'd highly recommend this for anyone who needs a place to just kick back and relax.
