I stayed at this property in October and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had an incredible view. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The best part was the terrace where we spent most of our time, enjoying the amazing view and the fresh air. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious stay for a large group. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I managed to get a very good low season deal on this place for my 2 day/1 night trip to Lake Como. It was a bit of a gamble booking somewhere with no reviews on Google or here, but I’m really glad I did. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen has lots of facilities for cooking your own meals, and the balcony has uninterrupted views of the lake as promised. Bonus points for the vintage decor and big TV in the living room also :) The village of Nesso is also well worth checking out - if you don’t have a car, it’s on the C30 bus line between Como and Bellagio. Overall would highly recommend for families, couples and solo travellers alike.

Everything was very good, house is comfortable and has italian soul, small details but important, e.g. welcome bisquits, tea, coffee, all kitchenware, comfortable beds and pillows. Very good value for the money. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely fantastic house in a superb location, one minute easy walk from the square in Argegno. Exceptionally clean, great facilities and a wonderful host in Carla who couldn’t have done more for us. Refreshments available in the apartment at a good price, some even free of charge. We’ve stayed in Argegno many times, overall this was one of the best places we have stayed. Thank-you for making it such a welcoming stay Carla

Villa Lilla is a beautiful, new villa in a lovely position. It was clean to a very high standard and had a lovely new kitchen, bathrooms, and a cool wine cellar. The hot water for the showers was excellent and enough for four people to use for leisurely showers and no one got any cold water which was great! The rooms are big and the air conditioning is excellent. The pool was the cleanest pool we have EVER used. It was immaculate and was checked and cleaned every day also. The sunbeds and gardens were private and very well maintained. The kitchen offers a new washing machine and dishwasher which was amazing and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. We rented a boat from Bellagio Boat Hire, just a five mins walk from the villa and had the most wonderful time on the lake, taking in all the sights, swimming in the water and enjoying having a nosey at George Clooneys mansion! The position of the villa means you can get a quick taxi to Bellagio and we thoroughly enjoyed every night out that we had. Eugenie the owner helped us with every restaurant booking and taxi booking, she was AMAZING! She got us the best tables in every restaurant and bar and we were so so grateful to her, she made the holiday 5* ! We will definitely go back.

    The location is perfect. Better to have a car, as it is maintained places. The view - it is awesome. The lake, mountains, other villas, calm place... there is dozens of pluses of the place! The house is super. It is very cozy, warm, silent place. There were all we needed and more. Very clean, good beds, enough furniture. Excellent balcony and terrace were useful. The one thing is override everything- the view... it is love from first look:)

    I'm so glad I stumbled on this gem in my search. Everything was great: the private parking, the room was well equipped, perfectly clean, fantastic view on the lake, perfect location if you want to visit Villa del Balbianello, and on top of that Michel was a great host. A perfect 10.

    We had family room which was absolutely ok for us. 2 rooms with bathroom, one fridge, kettle. The appartment has beautiful view, its a bit steep up to hill. 5 minutes by car from villa balbaniello. We had very good breakfast on the terrace

    The property was superb! It was the perfect size for a couple. Everything was really clean and tidy. The location was also perfect - Just a short drive away from Villa Balbianello and a short drive away from the ferries to Varenna and Bellagio. The staff were also very friendly!

    The Villa is located in a gorgeous village, one of the quietest on Lake Como, the Villa is absolutely stunning its 3 floors & has a lift so perfect for people with mobility issues like myself. The Villa was so spacious very clean & everything was just beautiful.

    Room was clean & spacious with lovely lake view from the main bedroom. No aircon but good fans were provided. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious. Host was friendly & helpful. Free parking on site but if full, spaces can be a bit tight. 30/35 min walk to the beautiful Villa Barbianello.

    Breakfast was great!!! Views from outdoor area were so beautiful, room was clean and comfortable and they had a kettle and mini fridge which was great! Michel and Kylie the cat were so lovely, Michel gave us a lift to the bus! 10/10 30 minute walk to the incredible villa del Balbianello😍
