More like a hosted private villa. Owner was very welcoming and friendly. We weren’t there long as it was only a stop over. Had the Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning which was delicious and copious.

Lovely Pool, very clean rooms, comfortable beds (mosquito net provided), well maintained. Our house had a kitchen and sitting area, plenty of space for us 2 adults, 3 children. Provided filtered water. Great breakfast. Tucked away but 5/10 min walk to restaurants and beach. Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect place to stay for a
night or two at the beginning/end of your trip. Very good value.

It was a very lovely stay. Everything was amazing, loved the garden and the apartment was very clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very hospitable and amazing view. It was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The place is very nice for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely visit again on the last day. Highly recommended to visit when in negombo.
