The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the desk staff, all of whom are fluent in English, are extremely friendly and polite, and in general very eager to be of assistance. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese). Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Rosie, who went above and beyond to assist. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area.

En suite bathrooms offer either a bathtub or shower. We stayed in three different hotels over our time in Hanoi, this was definitely our favorite. The staff were amazing, so helpful throughout. And the location’s perfect, a stone’s throw away from everywhere you want to visit in Hanoi

Centrally located in the charming Old Quarter, L' Heritage Hotel Hanoi is a short 5-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Temple of Literature. Its modern air-conditioned rooms come with free WiFi. A sauna and gym are available. Hotel location was terriifc - short walking distnce to lake, Old Quarter and French Quarter. The staff was over the top accomadiating! The rooms were very luxurious. The breakfast was the best we have ever had! Many options for any predietry preferences. Staff provided very good recommendations for tourist questions. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on return visit to Hanoi!
