The staff were all very welcoming and polite. The room was clean, had a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a bed that was very comfortable. Not hard to see why it’s so highly rated. I would 100% stay there again.

The receptionist was so lovely when we arrived and to our surprise upgraded our room.Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, best breakfast we have ever had at any hotel. Our rooms were excellent with everything we needed and exceptionally clean. Fab cocktails in the gorgeous bar. The staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was a problem. Our stay in Rome was made extra special by this exceptional hotel.
