Every single interaction with the staff at the Ludlow was 10/10. Always super responsive, even before we arrived. Better service than I've had in 5-star hotels – these folks are just consistently on the ball. Great location, tucked away on a street with loads of cool shops and restaurants – short walk to Soho/other cool areas. 24/7 room service serving actually amazing food. (Try the hummus and pita for a quick snack!)

Located in the Lower East Side district in New York, citizenM New York Bowery is minutes away from the nightlife and restaurants of Bowery. The hotel was lovely, great rooftop bar, highly recommended for the views, especially at night. Small rooms as you would expect from Citizen M, It would be a tight squeeze even for 2 people, but great if you are a solo traveller.

Madison LES is located in the Lower East Side Manhattan, within 1.2 mi of the Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Center and SoHo. The hotel features a rooftop terrace and free WiFi is offered. I like the location very close to a metro station, we liked the fact of changing towels and cleaning the room, great temperature, nice room view.

Popular points of interest nearby include Bloomingdales, Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade Center.... Super friendly staff on reception, which is manned 24/7. Room was a delight, with a welcome balcony overlooking the area. Good selection of TV channels, and a neat digital keypad system to communicate needs to the chambermaids. Toiletries and towels were well stocked. Interesting area of NYC, close to China Town, the Bowery, and easily accessed subway stations. Roof terrace affords a good view of the area, too.

Manhattan Bowery Lodge is located in New York, 1312 feet from Little Italy and 0.8 mi from Brooklyn Bridge. Manhattan Bowery Lodge features free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk. The location is nice, able to walk to Chelsea market, Oculus, Brooklyn bridge. Times square took us almost 1hr walk but its worth it. Lots of place to stop along the way

It's close to many subway stations, dining spots, and other popular places. Everything you need is within reach, and it's a great area to explore. Staff & Service: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even kept an eye on my luggage, which I really appreciated. Their hospitality made my stay more comfortable.
