This was our first time in New York and I was travelling with my family. The hotel was great. The staffs were very helpful and they can also arrange a taxi for you to go to the airport which was very convenient. The breakfast was great as well. Great location and eventhough the room was a bit small for us but it was very comfortable. The housekeeping was great as well.
