Featuring Baccarat crystals in every room, the Baccarat Hotel and Residences is located in New York. Concierge team, they were ALL incredible, on call, they helped me get tickets for a sold out show, they helped me return products purchased that didn't work out. Very helpful and attentive! The hotel facilities, gym, restaurant, everything is impeccable!

This boutique Manhattan hotel is located in the Theater District and steps from Times Square. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour access to refreshments. Staff were Amazing!!! Location was the best and the 2nd floor lounge with breakfast was also a really nice touch. Will be back when we return to NYC

Featuring a fitness center, a restaurant as well as a bar, Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square is located in the center of New York, a 6-minute walk from Radio City Music Hall. Convenient location to Times Square, thus the reason for making this place our accommodation for one night in late July 2024. All of our prior booking requests were met. Even though it was rather busy upon check in, we just flowed right in and they had an excellent team at the receptionist counter to expedite everyone. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to wait and get our room key considering the crowd. That was AWESOME!

I loved the location. A must. From the doorman to the receptionists. I mean all staff. They were so nice and welcoming. They working hard to make our stay to be the best. Thank you all of you.
