The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and room service were all excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of parking space. Additionally, the hotel offers quick access to a nearby mall.

I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail that made the experience even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The hotel also boasts several fantastic amenities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and separate swimming pools for both kids and adults. There’s even a small play area for children, making it a great choice for families. Though the hotel isn’t massive, it’s perfectly designed for a couple of days of relaxation. Whether you're visiting for leisure or a short retreat, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, hospitality, and excellent facilities. A true hidden gem in Al Ain!

I liked that everything was clean and the staff were all very polite. I disliked that we had to check in an hour after the given check in time which was 2:00pm in booking. We were told that booking is a third party and they do not follow the check in time. However, an hour extra was given during check out which reflects the staff’s kindness.

Even though it is considered a 5 star hotel the breakfast buffet, pool and restaurants is not 5 star quality. Plus it mentions that it has a spa, but it is men only. Nevertheless, we have to accept that it is much cheaper than other 5 stat hotel in Al Ain, and it is understandable why.

The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. Furnished with everything needed, very clean and soft bed and pillows. The gym is very good.

We had a comfortable stay having a spacious room with all the right utilities .It's great that the room cleanliness was up to standard .A clean room really made the stay more comfortable and relaxing. The spacious balcony can really elevate the experience of staying at a hotel, especially if the surroundings are scenic. We had a wonderful breakfast having a variety of tasty options. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay feel special.

We would expect a 5* hotel to have power plug adaptors for travellers at reception for rent, but it wasn't the case. Just bring your own :)

Very welcoming staff! The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but that makes it also quiet in an otherwise loud town. The vicinity of the mall with a selection of restaurants is very convenient. Great view from the balcony, enormous bathroom, clean room. We loved it here.
