I liked almost everything about this property! The breakfast was delicious with high quality cheeses and a very big range of foods. It was so clean! The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating! The bed was very comfortable and there was a small playground for the children next to the swimming pool. There's also a play area in the mall - it's a little bit pricey but nice for summer when it's too hot to play outside. The lulu center had everything we needed and more!

LebanonHope you can keep a cafe&restaurant open 24/24 related to the hotel not to the mall. Dislike the shower gel and shampoo and bath shower.. The price of the room is high and the hotel is on a high level u can keep like free snacks in the refrigerator.

Reception confirmed it was nothing. We were so tired, we drove back to Dubai when sadly we had planned to visit the Al Ain zoo but just had no energy

This unexpected gesture immediately elevated our experience. Throughout our time there, every request we made was promptly and attentively catered to by the dedicated staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite the challenging weather conditions outside, the hotel offered a serene sanctuary. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and provided a sense of warmth and comfort that was much appreciated.
