United Arab Emiratesthe front desk they don't seem interested in explaining any of services of facilities in the hotel I found that weird! they did not bother to tell which elevator to use to go to the rooms nor were the breakfast hall had to ask security. breakfast wasn't really nice we ordered in room dining the pastries tasted like it was baked few days back. valet parking is not available you have to park your car
