We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

OmanImportant red flag for families: If you book for two adults and bring children over 5 years old, the hotel charges an additional 50% per child for breakfast These unexpected costs can quickly add up and were not clearly stated during booking For families traveling with young children, I would recommend considering alternative accommodations where kids can stay and eat without these extra fees The bathroom was smelly.

PolandRooms could have been cleaner. I stayed in other Ramada hotel in Ajman 3 years ago and the private Beach then was nicer. The one available now is next to some construction site, where they did some demolishion
Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, very helpful staff, excellent food in hotel’s restaurant for each meal, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, food selected for tourists from the outside of the region, especially tasty when cooked by a very nice girl from Algieria (thank you), very useful bus shuttle - free of charge, to the private beach (shared with Ramada Beach Hotel and Wyndham next to it), and to Dubai Mall.

However, when i checked in at the hotel the reception informed me that it is for 1 person only and no breakfast. How did that happened, if booking.com is not properly communicating the details booked by the customer to the concerned hotel, it is frustrating to use booking.com. better not to booked from this app. Instead book directly at the hotel.
