Rooms could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner. Pillows are a bit too heavy and big and the blanket is really heavy as well. But that’s personal preference. Otherwise everything was well.

Everything was amazing. The staff was extremely respectful and accommodating to the fullest. This is my third time staying here and my fourth will definitely be here again. When I was ordering food and groceries for example the staff would deliver it to my door so I don’t go down. Even when it was busy they still managed to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Truly appreciate and love my stay at Ramada Ajman and will definitely do it again.

Actually nothing. The housekeeping had forgotten to keep the towels and we had to remind them twice but this is ignorable. Luckily we bought toothbrush and toothpaste which was missing.

The reception staff and the food area staff where quite friendly. I would like to specially take the name of a girl called Fatima who was at the food section. Quite helpful and friendly. Really helped us a lot to know about different foods.

I think the breakfast could be improved by offering more options and different types of cuisine for various guests. We couldn't try the bus service to the beach as it didn't fit our schedule, so we used our own car. It would be better to have more frequent bus timings to the beach.

We had a wonderful time! Ms. Emma provided excellent assistance. When she learned it was my birthday, she greeted me warmly, upgraded our room to a deluxe, and even surprised us with a cake and fruit basket. She was very kind and explained everything clearly. The room was cozy and spacious for us as a couple.

Everything is Old at the property. For a 4 stars, it should be better. Bedding old, sofa in room with stains and patches. Carpet with patches. TV pictures quality poor. It was smaller than a computer monitor. Furniture is super old. AC makes noise. Bathroom is clean but old. Towels were if low quality and old. Poor lighting. Prayer mat given had iron marks on it. Extra blanket was smelly.

Nothing . Just wasn’t happy with the room as the door linking possibly to another room was making me uncomfortable. But the issue was quickly rectified by John and the rest of the reception team.

Location. Very friendly staff. The reception staff specially John who was kind enough to switch rooms for me as I wasn’t too happy with the room given to me. He and the rest of the staff was friendly and efficient in dealing with the issue quickly.
