We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaHousekeeping was appaling, although we had booked for three room was made up for two. After sightseeing one day, room had not been cleaned, thought we had left? Dirty bowl of uneaten food left in corridor for 6 days.
Staff did try to apologise, but not really their fault, not enough employed and little training.

Fanatastic facilities and cleanliness. The bar and pool atmosphere was great and the ocean view room was tranquil. Access to microwave and as small shop next to the reception is a great feature. The staff were incredibally accomodating for my wife after we chose to stay here after she had surgery.
