“I was not able to stay at the property, The address on booking .com is Madoc Drive, L6V 1Z9 Brampton, Canada but the address the facility sent to me after booking is Address: 3009 Olympus Mews, Mississauga, Canada which I could not get to due to prior engagements. The change of address had affected my travel plan. The service was not used because of the change in Address. I asked for a full refund which neither book.com or the property has accepted to do. I will not recommend the property because the address provide is different for the address on booking.com. While I continue to push for my refund.”
