Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our room was on the ground floor and during the night there was a loud altercation with a few people and it disturbed our night. I think they have just one person at the front desk at any time because we waited ~30mins before checking in.
Pool was nice, place was clean and comfortable.

Room was pretty clean, the table needed a wipe. Bathroom and beds were clean.
Pool was good and clean. Beds were good, not too hard, and it was quite even though right by the highway.

Might have been nice to have usb charger ports on the night stand, more garbage bins out front because the one was always full from people's paper bags and boxes (which could be recycled...)
The water slide in the pool area was great, the kind laundry ladies were so helpful and patient, there were rose bushes planted out front and someone obviously cares for them, the front desk staff were on point,

Very over priced for what it is. $220/night for a Best Western that is really nothing special. Rooms are no different than a Super 8 and my bed was pretty uncomfortable to boot.

At least a few Level 2 EV chargers would be. great benefit for patrons. The room wasn't cheap, so it would've been nice if breakfast was included.
The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (important at the height of summer!) The location was convenient, being within walking distance of several restaurants.

It would be nice to have information about things to do in your town and places to go.

We were disappointed that there was no hottub and felt like the price was high for not having breakfast included.

We were disappointed by the in-room coffeemaker: it was one of the older ones that is drip-style and uses pre-bagged coffee. It didn't work well, only producing half a cup of coffee even though we filled the reservoir to the fill line, and the coffee tasted really, really bad. We also were disappointed that there was no direct plug-in for our USB phone charging cords, only regular plugs that require a charging cord and cube. Our ground floor room was a bit noisy at night and during early morning hours as sound seemed to echo down the hallway; I would recommend bringing earplugs if you aren't a very deep sleeper.
The location is fairly central and right on the main strip, so it's not far at all to the nearest mall, lots of restaurants and even downtown. We find the mattresses and pillows comfortable and the TV was fairly new which was nice. Everything was clean, as well, which is always important. Two rolls of toilet paper and a thick bath mat towel to place on the floor in the bathroom was nice, and the water pressure was pretty good also.

Next time I will request a room not right by all the amenities, the arcade machines weren't working and the pool did look like it could use a clean, needed maybe an extra garbage can by the mirror because if someone is in the bathroom you have to use the one by the beds.
Very central to most things, staff was very nice and welcoming
