- BBQ grill is dusty - Anyone can access to guest room floor because key card is not required in the elevator

- Even though room is a bit older than photo, it is fully equipped, clean and comfort. Kitchenware is fully stocked and functional. - Location is good, closes to city and highway. - There is an ice machine which is so nice for summer. - There are 2 parking, underground and ground. Both are free, convenience and lots of space. There is an elevator from underground to guest room floor.

We had a one bedroom suite with a small kitchen. The shower was fantastic. The location was excellent and it was about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Canmore.

The rooms are large and beautiful, with modern and complete facilities. The bed is very comfortable. The view outside the window is also beautiful. My family had a wonderful time here.

The dishwasher is not properly working, front desk able to help but not really solve the issue. Housekeeping quality declines after our 3rd day, maybe its different people working on the first 3 days than the last 2 days.

The full kitchen is awesome all tools/ gadgets for cooking, baking and bbq. Everything is well thought off. Having washer and dryer in the unit is a big bonus too with dishwasher soap, dish soap n sponge and laundry soap and fabric dryer replenished. The location is the best, our room is in the 3rd floor and the mountain view on the balcony is a very nice surprise. Not to forget the underground parking

Our room was very clean and spacious! The bathroom was also a great size. Having a balcony, BBQ Grill, kitchen, washer, and dryer made our stay nice and comfortable! This hotel is surrounded by other similarly styled hotels -- a very nice place to walk around and quiet.

I wish there were more dishes, forks, spoons, and knives in the kitchen. There were no vessels or anything similar to store the food in the fridge so we had to buy a bunch of ziplocks. The kitchen is not fully equipped but you can work well with the few pans they offer. I wish the TV had apps (even if I had to use my own login) so that I could watch any streaming service with my wife.

My bedroom was overall very good. The shower was so cozy and its water was so hot and relaxing. The lodge is located in a very good area and the fact that I had a barbecue place for my own made my days much better.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Loved that it had a kitchen although we didn't use it. Good to know for the next time we need a hotel here. Very quiet and great parking facilities underground and in the back for our big truck.

The room was very spacious. Really suitable for families and friends travelling in groups. It was neat and complete. We can cook and the kitchen and dining area was complete. Spacious T&B and indeed a relaxing place during our stay. Staff were great and pleasing. Worth every penny spent. Will defo come back again!

The hotel is located quite close to central Canmore, which is much quieter than Banff and has good restaurant options. The room is large, well appointed and comfortable. The reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The undercover parking was a bonus with lift access direct to your floor.

The room we stayed in was spacious, with a full kitchen facility. We enjoyed our stay in Falcon, it is located a short distance away from the town. Beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful.
