I wish they had ropes and slippers in rooms and spa. Wish there was a kettle to make a tea(only coffee machine ).

The service was amazing—one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The bed was great and so comfortable; I slept like a baby. There was a good selection of cable channels (in English). The rooms were quiet (except for the passing planes outside). The spa massages and facials were to die for. I loved the electric curtains. The breakfast was delicious, and the selection of pastries was fantastic.

There are not many restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Bogotá Airport, making it easy to find the hotel and access. Despite being a luxury hotel, the rates were affordable, offering great value for money. The hotel facilities include a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, providing nice opportunities for exercise and relaxation in the evening. The staff were friendly, and the view from the hotel room is excellent, making the stay pleasant and refreshing.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Everything what we need they made with a big pleasure and smile! Big variety of food for a breakfast and breakfast by itself was absolutely delicious. Room was very clean with a huge and comfy bed. A perfect place for you stay before or after flight.

Only one suggestion, they can include more items made with beef, lamb or chicken, for persons that do not eat pork. That is the only negative comment we have in regard to our stay.

The rooms are a little bit aged but are very well kept and very clean. Not a big deal.

The hotel staff is absolutely kind and welcoming. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. For us the location was perfect as we needed something relatively close to the airport. To our surprise, the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport which as very convenient for us. The hotel has a pool and a gym which we found fantastic for a business hotel. We could swim with our children who were very happy to get a splash and have fun in the water.

The hotel could invest more in sustainability. I don't need my towels to be changed everyday, for example.
