“We arived at 8pm then we found out our room wasn't clean yet we was ask to wait for the room at the restaurant us there was no lobby, we ordered few drinks and hot chocolate for children then room was ready after 40 minutes, we wore very tired us we travel long distance,room was small for family size with open sofa bed.
At the morning I found out difficult to communicate in English with staff breakfast was good but not much choice few pestry, hot small buffet looks like run out of food a speciality egs, tost jams, juice coffe and tea there was no choice of diry free breakfast.
We did enjoyed the view from high mountain fresh air and snow.”
