“The overall my impression from the stay is good, but when I free the room, left the hotel and start my trip to the airport, someone from hotel reception called me and asked to return to the reception to discuss an amount which I need to pay for some service or goods which I did not use for sure. The personal didn’t listen to my words that it is a mistake and they should double check it before call me with such request. I returned back to the hotel where finally the staff check it and found their mistake. And I lost 1+h to travel back and discuss it. It was quite possible to miss my flight.”
“A good hotel, with comfortable and spacious rooms. It was good to have spa facilities in the hotel (even if you had to walk through the labyrinth to find them 🤣) and a gym, with breakfast included. The hotel was up quite a lot of stairs/a steep road, but you got to know shortcuts over the stay. The main issue was some very unfriendly/cold staff, who could do with customer service training (although some of them were much nicer too).”
“First of all there was no parking. I was told by the staff that the hotel website clearly explains how to prebook parking. I was unable to find anything regarding parking on the website.
Secondly, the pillows were very uncomfortable as was the duvet which kept sliding out of sheets.
My room was at the back of the property and the loud humming noise was coming out all night which was very disturbing.
Lastly, the breakfast was the most disappointing breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. It looked nothing like on the hotel website photos. There was some bread, eggs, beans, yogurt, two type of cold meat and a slice of cheese. Also some very backs cereal. Extremely disappointing.”
