The extractor van in the bathroom did not work and the shower head was a little low.

The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the huge bath. Breakfast was really nice.

breakfast can be improved. coffee machine makes fresh coffee, but coffee is not very tasty: increase intensity of coffee beans + use 100% Arabica only

Wifi speed was very low, but could not blame the property as Prague in general had very low internet connection speed.

Excellent location, close to tram stop . Close to shopping and restaurant centre. Quick check in/out. Exceptionally clean hotel. Fridge, tea/ coffee, mini bar, etc., comfortable bed. All staff helpful. Good breakfast, nice choice. Would definitely return.

Parking rools

Everything perffect, just parking… I payed at 4 pm first day. In the morming I took car from parking, but when came back at 1 pm next day, lady in reception didn’t gave me the key for the parking, she said you payed only for night, you can pay for parking in the street… I needed parking only for 2 hours..

The room was unnecessarily, crowded, and ill fitting. Some of the staff were friendly, some of the staff seemed rude.

If the room could be a bit bigger that would be great. The double room I booked is a bit small.

Everything is clean and nice, breakfast is good, bed is comfortable. It is close to tram. And just 1 stop to Metro station "Flora". You can even walk to Metro station. Staff are very friendly. Whenever we needed advise for getting to places and finding restaurant they were very helpful. I asked for a quiet room and got a room not facing street which is good.

Everything was clean and looking like in pictures. Breakfast is good. The staff is very nice. Hotel is very well connected to the centre, tram is around the corner. All in all, I would go back there definitely!

Bit noisy air conditioner

Everything was good, breakfast, staff was excellent, room was spacious, clean, location also very good, with tram within 10 min to the centre.

Most everything was great. The only outdated thing was the hair dryer in the bathroom, was very old style.
