Climbing up stairs with many luggages was a challenge

Lights on stairs were turned on by a switch located near the lilt issue was iit was so dark if you left your room jn the evening it was dangerous walking down them.

Lovely place. Nice and clean, rooms were spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Ideal location.

Keys picked up from a hotel along way from the property. Quite a walk with our luggage. Balcony door was unlocked with no key. It was 4 floors up so took a chance no one would climb in.

Location was great with our own balcony overlooking the river.

Spacious, comfortable and nice apartments. Our large company was very comfortable there. The location is perfect, beautiful view from the window.

Check in was a distance away from the actual property, not sure it is suitable for people who are travelling without a car. The parking wasn’t very good. Can reserve it for 30€ but then it’s a 10 minute walk away from the actual apartment. If you have a car full of stuff it won’t be easy. We got lucky and parked on a street at the apartment, couldn’t figure out if we need to pay or not and we didn’t and did not get fined either. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning so that could be the case why we got lucky.

It was right in the heart of Prague, huge apartment and clean.

(1) The bathroom door did not lock, (2) The amount of cutlery and kitchen equipment is insufficient for big groups (there are very few cutlery sets, no big pots). (3) The main door should have one more lock from the inner side. (4) Although more challenging to solve, the distance from the check-in to the actual property is considerable. Having a lockbox or something similar would be appreciated. (5) Every hinge of every door made noise

When I picked up the keys I was informed that I have to pay also the city tax. I didn't expect that and I would prefer to be informed about the whole price while making the reservation in booking.com

It was incredibly loud! You have to have ear plugs when you sleep. You could hear everything from the hallway and loud traffic if course (which is normal in a city).

The reservation office was quite far away. It took me half an hour of a run to get the keys with my kids waiting at the apartment door. The cleaning staff started to knock the door at 10 am for check-out while the timing was supposed to be 11 am

We wanted to bath in the morning in winter, we waited for the management to open the WATER boiler/heater. It should be open or have given instruction how to open it.

the view of our appartment in the 4th floor was amazing, a balcony with river view and next to the dancing house

It should be highlighted in the accomodation offer page that the apartment key pick-up is in different location. I haven't noticed such information and only found out after the order. It was a bit cold (19 degrees Celsius) in the room, due to historical windows not isolating so well when -2 Celsius outside.

Location perfect for walking in the city centre. Apartment spacious, including kitchen tools and utensils.
