Parking!!! I received very poor directions that wasted too much time going around this large & busy complex. The breakfast room was VERY BUSY at 8:30am during our stay!!

Our room was a standard size with normal amenities. including a fridge & balcony...which we really enjoyed!!! Included breakfast was extensive with many choices & stations. The Mediterranean was well within walking distance & it was wonderful to walk along it's shore. Very relaxing & enjoyable 😎

They charged an extra 30 euros a day for a bike which was u aware of when booking Reception staff not very friendly

During dinner service the restaurant team seemed to struggle with the volume of people. They were having to rush around/working very hard getting drinks & clearing tables which often resulted in a bit of a wait for drinks to artive or tables to be cleared.

Hotel itself was great, excellent location, lovely pools & plenty of sunbeds, room was clean & spacious, housekeeping team was great & very friendly, entertainment was good. Breakfast was great. Dinner was ok.

Every morning, most people cover the sunbeds with towels while they are gone for a few hours! Although the breakfast areas were packed. the food was delicious.

The hotel is large and lovely. incredibly well-liked there! A short distance from the beach! Although the building's side hid the sun from our balcony, the room had a nice view of the sea.

Long wait at checkin even as independent traveller. Pay extra for kettle in room. Normally included with this rating hotel. Then difficult to get coffee sachets. As an independent, single traveler this hotel was quite expensive.

Not advertised that 3 hotels use the same main pool. Selfish quests, put towels down and leave them for long periods of time unused!!!! That was the most annoying thing, lack of staff checking and taking towels away. We were informed by other quests that had only seen once, staff leaving notices on sunbeds, but NOT taking towels.

Being coeliac, had lack of variety for coeliacs, cooked food had labels well displayed. There is an area for coeliacs for breakfast with limited bread - NO ROLLS, in the evening, a menu was provided with limited choices, only a tart for pudding, considering the great choices given to others. Again, salads were the best result for coeliacs.

The staff's English is not the best. Except for the reception desk, they spoke basic English, and was hard for them to understand. They should organize the check-in & out process better, because the staff were pretty slow and had to wait a lot every time you wanted to ask something. The city center is a 20 min walk, but be prepared due to the number of stairs and the steep.

The location of the hotel is pretty amazing: it's literally 1 min walk to the beach. I like the structure of the hotel complex: you can use Hotel Don Pedro and Hotel Don Marco's pools and the area as well, therefore the number of pools is fair enough. Really liked the animations, they organized activities for every age group. The food is delicious and they have a wide range of food. The champagne breakfast was a highlight, an outstanding experience. :)

Hotel was busy which is to be expected in mid-August. Pools and sun loungers were quite busy but again this was to be expected. We tended to spend mornings at the beach then late afternoon at the kids pool when it was in the shade.

Good clean hotel. Air con in the room was fantastic. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
