The welcoming was great, I had all the information needed. The receptionist even helped me translate the conversation with my driver when I arrived.

The facilities are new, the room has plenty of storage, TV and an incredibly comfortable bed.
The shower is great too.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking, I really enjoyed my Nyepi day there, watching squirrels jumping from tree to tree.
